The Nilfisk C1 was an incredible breakthrough for the cleaning industry. This ground breaking vacuum cleaner, invented by Mr. Fisker, weighed just 17.5 kilos and could be operated by one individual. This creation came in a time where other cleaning equipment were massive and needed at least 4 operators, thus, the Nilfisk C1 changed everything and developed the way we clean forever. The mastermind behind these first cleaning equipment remains unparalleled. Cleaning equipment offer a brilliant solution to an ongoing problem; things get dirty and should be cleaned regularly, without too much effort.

Slowly, the company Nilfisk-Advance grew through the years. During the the early part of the nineteen eighties the business grew fast when the business became a part of the NKT Group.
